Description

This is a fixed-term facilitator role where you train and support learners in a Paralegal Learnership programme (NQF Level 5).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Paralegal NQF Level 5 training sessions
• Deliver lessons based on SAQA curriculum
• Mentor and support learners
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback
• Conduct assessments (formative and summative) Maintain records, attendance, and reports
• Ensure compliance with SASSETA and QCTO standards

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant qualification in Law / Paralegal Studies (NQF Level 5 or higher)
• Additional Mandatory Requirements Must be registered with SASSETA (non-negotiable)
• 2–3 years experience in skills development or facilitation
• Experience in facilitating learnership programmes
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own reliable transport
